When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products in accordance with these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by Tightora. Your receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order; it is merely confirmation that we have received your order. An order is not binding on Tightora until we have debited or charged your payment method and dispatched the products to you, at which point a contract of sale is formed.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Order Processing Time

Orders placed through the Site are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business days from the date the order is placed and payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include shipping and delivery time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information in connection with your order, including your name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and payment information. Tightora is not responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you. 4. Pricing and Sales Tax

All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be calculated and added at checkout as described below. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you an order confirmation.

Pricing Errors

Your payment information is transmitted directly to our payment processors using industry-standard encryption protocols. While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, you acknowledge that no transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and you provide your payment information at your own risk.

Authorization and Charges

By placing an order, you authorize Tightora (or our designated payment processor) to charge the payment method you have provided for the total amount of your order, including the price of the products, applicable sales tax, and any other fees as set forth in these Terms. You further authorize us to charge your payment method for any additional amounts that may become due in connection with your order.

If your payment is declined or we are otherwise unable to process your payment, we may cancel your order or suspend your access to the Site until payment is successfully completed. You remain responsible for any amounts owed in connection with your order.

Billing Disputes

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Methods and Costs

Tightora provides free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. There are no shipping costs or fees charged to customers for domestic deliveries. We currently ship only within the United States; international shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business days from the date of order placement and payment confirmation. Following processing, standard delivery within the United States typically takes three (3) to five (5) working days. The total time from order placement to delivery is therefore generally four (4) to seven (7) business days under normal circumstances.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier's performance, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors beyond our control. Tightora is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, acts of God, labor disputes, governmental actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Information and Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order placement. Tightora is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address information provided by you. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, we may contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense or issue a refund minus any costs we have incurred.

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available). You may use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment. Delivery is deemed complete when the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address you provided, whether or not the package is physically received by you. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy Overview
